Camera with a circular light as a new tool to film with?

Who would like a camera with a circular light as a new tool to film with? I have an idea for a new feature that would be very useful if MS or someone of the Modders could make it. In order to improve filming and in particular lighting, I believe that it would be useful to have a circular ring of light around the camera lens. This light would have the usual light adjustments such as on and off, brightness, range and color. The advantage to having it attached to the camera is that when filming, because of the 3 lights, per scene lighting restriction, there is often not enough light on a subject to fully illuminate it, especially during a nighttime scene or otherwise a dark room etc.. This ring of light would be a good solution for filming while characters are moving. Since the camera is always where it needs to be, having the light as part of the camera just makes since. In this case the light will always be where the camera is and as such shining onto to character as needed. As it is now, we need to put the lighting here and there all over the set where ever there is going to be a close up of a character. Again, if we didn’t have a 3 light restraint this wouldn’t be such a big issue. Good film making is dependent on good lighting and although we do have considerable control over the lighting as it is now, this new feature and or mod would significantly improve the production value of MS videos.
