When I try to confirm purchase, it never finishes.
When trying to pay, the Confirm Purchase button doesn't work
with Firefox version 3.5.16 (and possibly with other versions of
Firefox 3.5).
Upgrading Firefox to 3.6 or later, or using a different browser
will allow purchases to be confirmed.
