Can't connect to server

For some users, when you try to log in, you get a message saying 'Can't connect to'.

Check you have an internet connection.

Check your computer clock has the date correct - if it is substantially wrong, the secure connection is rejected.

Check if you have a local firewall that is blocking Moviestorm from connecting. Look for an entry for either Moviestorm, or for javaw.exe.
